How we build Clubware
There should be no reason for a martial arts club to choose anything else. Clubware is built to give owners and staff the best experience running their club, and members and parents the best experience joining and paying.
Start with the club’s work.
Clubware has a job: help you manage your members, collect what you’re owed and spend less time sorting it all out. Every addition needs to earn its place by making some part of running your club easier.
Make everyday jobs quick.
Checking a payment between classes should take a moment. We look for the repeated entry, the extra tap and the screen you shouldn’t have needed, then work to remove them. Simple means you can find what you need and get the job done.
Keep refining the details.
The wording on a button and the way a payment history reads deserve attention. We test changes, revisit awkward parts and check what happens when something goes wrong, including a payment failing. The tiny, sometimes silly fixes are often what make software feel right. If something doesn’t, tell me.
Fit the person using it.
An owner on a phone between classes has a different job from a staff member at a desk or a parent signing their child up. We build around those differences in time, device and experience, so each person can get to what matters to them.
Keep you in control.
You need to know what was charged, what failed and what reaches your bank account. The same care applies to choosing staff access, pausing a membership and seeing who changed a record. We’re clear about what Clubware does today and what is still an idea.
Build with clubs.
Clubware started with the everyday work of a Judo club, and you can talk directly to me, Arthur, about yours. If a better answer comes out of that conversation, we change it. A frustration at one club often points to something others need too, so those conversations improve what’s there and help choose additions that will be useful across clubs.
We earn when you earn.
We earn our ongoing fee only when your club collects a payment through Clubware. That gives us a direct reason to make joining easy, keep membership payments coming and recover missed income. Helping your club earn more and spend less time on admin is how we build a business worth staying with.
