Clubware is club management and recurring billing software for martial arts clubs in New Zealand. It gives new members a link to join and pay, keeps families and plans organised, collects membership payments, retries failed payments and shows staff what happened in one place.

Clubware has no monthly or per-member fee. Payment processing is included in one fee, while failed bank payments and disputes can carry separate fees. There is a one-off setup fee that we are waiving for our first clubs. See Pricing for the current numbers.

Clubware is independent, made in New Zealand and built for martial arts clubs by Arthur, the founder you talk to directly. You will find it only at clubware.app.

Yes. On your club's join or payment link, the member enters their bank account number and name and authorises a New Zealand direct debit. Card payment is also available when you enable it.

Clubware retries the payment automatically at times most likely to succeed. If payment details need updating, staff can send the member a link, and Clubware tells staff when the payment recovers.

No. Members join and pay in their web browser from your club's link. Only staff use the Clubware app.

Yes. One payer can manage payments for multiple members, so a parent can pay for two or three children without separate billing records for themselves.

We migrate your members from a spreadsheet or current platform and plan the changeover around their next billing cycle. Members stop their existing automatic payment and join through your link when it is time to switch.

Choose a daily, weekly or monthly payout schedule. You can see each payout's expected arrival date in Clubware.

Yes. Cash stays your business, and Clubware charges nothing on it because Clubware does not process it. Cash payments are not recorded in Clubware today. If your club needs cash tracked, that is something we can build with you.

There is an agreement. Your data is yours, and we export it for you on request if you leave. We will talk through the agreement with you before setup.

Record your club's GST status and number in Clubware, then download a fee statement and transaction export for your accountant. Clubware's fee has no GST added.
