This is one club's reported outcome, not a guarantee for every club. In timed tests, signing up with Clubware was 7.5× faster than paper. Request a callback at https://clubware.app/#form and Arthur will learn how the club works, import member records, configure the app and train staff. # Clubware pricing Currency: New Zealand dollars (NZD). ## Ongoing price Clubware charges 10% of payments processed through Clubware. This one fee includes the Clubware software and payment processing, with no monthly fee, per-member fee or additional bank/card processing charge. On a NZ$30 membership payment, the club receives NZ$27 and Clubware plus processing receives NZ$3. Failed bank payments and disputes can carry separate fees. Cash stays outside Clubware and is not charged or recorded by Clubware today. ## Setup Setup is normally NZ$500 and is currently waived for the first clubs. Setup includes configuration, member imports, training and ongoing assistance. ## Agreement There is an agreement but no minimum term or lock-in. Clubware is club management and recurring billing software for martial arts clubs in New Zealand. It gives new members a link to join and pay, keeps families and plans organised, collects membership payments, retries failed payments and shows staff what happened in one place. ## How much does Clubware cost? Clubware has no monthly or per-member fee. Payment processing is included in one fee, while failed bank payments and disputes can carry separate fees. There is a one-off setup fee that we are waiving for our first clubs. See Pricing for the current numbers. ## Who makes Clubware? Clubware is independent, made in New Zealand and built for martial arts clubs by Arthur, the founder you talk to directly. You will find it only at clubware.app. ## Can members pay from their bank account? Yes. On your club's join or payment link, the member enters their bank account number and name and authorises a New Zealand direct debit. Card payment is also available when you enable it. ## What happens when a member's payment fails? Clubware retries the payment automatically at times most likely to succeed. If payment details need updating, staff can send the member a link, and Clubware tells staff when the payment recovers. ## Do my members need to download an app? No. Members join and pay in their web browser from your club's link. Only staff use the Clubware app. ## Can one parent pay for two or three kids? Yes. One payer can manage payments for multiple members, so a parent can pay for two or three children without separate billing records for themselves. ## We already have members paying by automatic payment — how do we switch? We migrate your members from a spreadsheet or current platform and plan the changeover around their next billing cycle. Members stop their existing automatic payment and join through your link when it is time to switch. ## When does the money reach my bank account? Choose a daily, weekly or monthly payout schedule. You can see each payout's expected arrival date in Clubware. ## Can I still take cash? Yes. Cash stays your business, and Clubware charges nothing on it because Clubware does not process it. Cash payments are not recorded in Clubware today. If your club needs cash tracked, that is something we can build with you. ## Is there a contract? What happens if we leave? There is an agreement, but zero lock-in or minimum-term. Your data is yours, and we export it for you on request if you leave. We will talk through the agreement with you before setup. ## How does GST work? Record your club's GST status and number in Clubware, then download a fee statement and transaction export for your accountant. Clubware's fee has no GST added. ## How do I get started?
